Equestrian ME TIME with a focus on overcoming past traumas and current insecurities

J&M Stables will be hosting Peppermints and Perspectives for a day of mental health "me time". There will be unmounted and mounted bonding, emotional regulations including breathing, somatic, visualization. Peppermints and Perspectives clinician is a LMFT that focuses on trauma work with equestrians.
