The concert represents a “kick-off” of the ensemble’s holiday tour through central Ohio and the southern mid-west this December. The program will include holiday works by Orlando Lassus, Abby Bettinis, Jennifer Lucy Cook, and Shawn Kirchner. The choir will be accompanied by pianist Wendy Foster. The concert on November 23 is free and open to the public 
 
The Otterbein Concert Choir is Otterbein University’s SATB touring ensemble. The group tours annually to destinations both domestic and abroad. This year Concert Choir will tour the southern mid-west, while last spring the choir travelled to Charleston, SC.  Recent overseas tours have included Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Germany and Ireland. The choir frequently performs at professional conferences, including the American Choral Directors Association Division Conference and the Ohio Music Education Association Conference.
