Pete McDowell is co-managing partner of ActionCOACH Columbus, the co-author of The Honest Truth about Leadership, and an internationally recognized speaker. He is a recovering chemical engineer who spent over 20 years managing operations in chemical plants Stauffer Chemical Co. and Occidental Petroleum. 
He graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and has an MBA from Capital University. Pete has a home on Apple Valley Lake near Howard, Ohio, and enjoys boating, skiing, and anything involving the outdoors along with his dog. He has three grown children with whom he enjoys traveling the world. 
Pete is passionate about helping people leverage their strengths to improve business performance. He is a believer in increasing business results by focusing on how we interact and communicate with other people, and is a financial expert. Pete understands that in any business, as we help others succeed, businesses succeed. 
Pete was recently awarded the Global Highest Client Retention award and is proud to lead the team ranked first in both the United States and Globally

Michelle Calcasola has been a certified business coach with Action Coach, an international business coaching firm, for over 11 years. She has been awarded as the 2022 Global Coach of the Year and 2019 North American Coach of the Year and is consistently ranked as the number one coach in the world.  Michelle has a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. She served as the Practice Manager and Business Director at a veterinary practice for more than 18 years.  Michelle also has an extensive background in advertising and marketing and has worked for several large advertising agencies in the greater Columbus area.  Her mission is to help businesses to reach their maximum potential.  When coaching a company, Michelle and her team will focus on team building, communication, marketing, finances as well as systems and processes to make the entire team more successful.
