This high-energy, all-levels class is designed to help you let loose, build confidence, and enjoy movement in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, you’ll be welcomed with great music, good vibes, and easy-to-follow choreography.
