Through poetry, journaling, creative expression, and guided conversation, spiritual director Christine Hiester will lead us through a day of reflection on what kindness looks like in our daily lives, our relationships, our communities, and even our online spaces. We'll slow down long enough to listen to God, to one another, and to ourselves.

This retreat is a day set apart for nourishment, connection, and the kind of quiet that makes room for something new.
