# Event Details

- **Event Name**: 1st Annual Santa Secret Shop
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 06 Dec, 2025 at 08:30 am – Sat, 06 Dec, 2025 at 01:30 pm
- **Event Description**: Children, age 4 through grade 6, can shop for family or friends. Gift items, ranging from $1 to $10, will be available. All gift selections will be wrapped, tagged, and bagged by reindeer and elves. No child will be turned away, due to the inability to pay. This is not a fundraiser. It is an opportunity for children to experience giving rather than just receiving…and for the older ones, how to budget their money. Here’s a big rule…NO PARENTS ALLOWED!! Parents, you will be in a different area to wait on your child. This is a special (secret) event just for children. ??

There will be elves available to help children shop. The elves will, basically, hold the items picked out. They do not pick out gifts. If mom gets a hammer and dad gets a candle, just know that it comes from your child’s heart. (My son got a fuzzy, white woman’s bathrobe…he wore it all Christmas Day. ?)

Please mark your calendar and tell family and friends. Since this is the first year, it is a learning experience for all. We hope you join us! Ho Ho Ho!

PS. Event updates will be put here, as we progress with planning.
