Adam Moskowitz is a 3rd Generation Importer. Today Adam owns and operates Larkin Cold Storage, Columbia Cheese, and the Cheesemonger Invitational. Larkin Cold Storage is a logistics hub for some of the world's finest cheese. Columbia Cheese is an import company that sources, markets and sells unique, best-in-class cheese from Europe under the banner Maker to Monger. But his crowning achievement was creating The Cheesemonger Invitational. Imagine an event equal parts: education series, cheesemonger obstacle course and artisan cheese festival. Adam has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, NY Times and Wine Spectator. He has appeared as a guest judge on Chopped, a cheese expert on Dr. Oz, featured on CBC Sunday Morning, and a regular on the Epicurious youtube channel. William Wright & Co - affectionately referred to by the locals as just "The Stand" - in Watch Hill connects local farms to the Watch Hill and Westerly communities. Created by Becky Wright and her daughters, WW & Co. strives to educate its customers about the benefits to one’s body and to one’s land of eating recently picked and responsibly farmed food. To pay attention to the quality of what goes ON as well as IN one’s body. They value proximity, with a little luxury thrown in for good measure.
