Take a break on your Tuesday and Thursday for some midday self-care. Buddhist meditation teacher, Stephany, starts this sessions with a live, guided meditation. Meditation is then followed by discussion time where we explore the numerous benefits of meditation as a tool to help aid and maintain recovery. Meditation starts promptly at 12:10pm.
