We know how much the Scarborough location meant to the Maine skating community, and we know that for many of you, that Thursday night energy wasn't just a skate session—it was home. We’ve missed that classic Thursday night energy here in Westbrook, and we think it’s long overdue for us to bring that spirit back.
On April 23rd, we are clearing the floor for a true Scarborough Takeover. We’ve invited DJ Weazal back to the decks to curate the exact sound that built your community, from the shuffle-skater favorites to the deep cuts that keep the rhythm moving.
This night is intentionally designed for the Scarborough adults—no distractions, no school-night rush, just the community, the music, and the motion. We are even hoping for a special appearance by Mr. Danny Dyer himself to help us celebrate the legacy of the skaters who made Happy Wheels what it is today.
Whether you’ve been away from the rink for years or just looking for a reason to lace up with the old crew, consider this your formal invite home.
