The frequencies of tuning forks, crystal singing bowls and chimes will allow your body and mind to let go, allowing you to feel relaxed and emotionally lighter.

Bring a mat if you prefer to lie on the floor, otherwise there is no need to bring anything except a water bottle; zero gravity chairs will be provided.

**Limited to 8 people**

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you may settle in and be ready to begin right at 7pm. 

Cost is $30. Online registration is required and can be accessed through the link or via Venmo: @restoringthroughnature (be sure to list email and phone for updates and reminders)
