In a beautiful, peaceful setting, experience the healing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls as you journey from sacred Root to expansive Crown, liberating deep energy and releasing stress, fear, tension and pain. Please join me, Priscilla Gale, and experience the magic of sound baths - a gateway to holistic well-being and spiritual awakening. As the vibrations envelop the room, relax into a deep meditative state that clears, cleanses, and washes away the stresses of everyday life. Held in the womb of vibrational meditation, the soothing songs of these bowls enter the body in targeted ways to balance and restore feelings of well-being. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat along with any items for comfort such as an eye mask or pillow. Blankets and bolsters will be provided.
