This year is the 52nd Anniversary of the Royal Naval Sailing Association two-day regatta, a test for all those sailors who enjoy the challenge of sailing solo across the Strait of Georgia to Nanaimo on Saturday, returning the next day. Now there is a doublehanded division for couples and twosomes too. Moorage and a scrumptious dinner at the Nanaimo Yacht Club after the first day of racing is included in the registration fee. There are prizes and presentations. The numerous trophies associated with this long standing regatta will be presented at WVYC on Tuesday evening 7p.m. on November 3, 2026.

A collaborative hosting effort by the West Vancouver Yacht Club and the Nanaimo Yacht Club. This is a VARC event.
