- **Event Description**: Our Lucky Day Honey Sourdough recipe is an easy bread that can be made in sweet and savory variations.  No kneading and no starter necessary.. a few hours of rising and you have a perfect loaf to make sandwiches, or serve as an addition to pasta or salads.  

In this class we will make the bread from scratch.  Each guest will get a mini loaf to fill with their choice of ingredients, such as roasted tomatoes, garlic, olives, parmesan cheese, or sweet additions such as chocolate chips, caramel, cinnamon, raisins and other seasonal selections that will be placed for guests to enjoy!
The recipe and information is given to each guest to take home as well as their mini loaf that is baked during class.
Snacks and refreshments are served for our guests to enjoy.
