Thanksgiving Break Edition - JR Zookeepers

November 26th / 9am – 11am – Reptile Thanksgiving! – Let’s feed all the reptiles a feast to celebrate Thanksgiving!

>>This camp will be dedicated to preparing a variety of vegetarian and carnivore diets for the animals. The kids will will get to assist feeding many of the less dangerous animals and watch us feed a few of the carnivores. Please note frozen/thawed prey items (such as mice or rats) may be used for this camp. No live prey.

November 29th / 9am – 11am – Reptile Enrichment Day – The other day we had a giant meal. Today, let’s get these critters some exercise and enrichment.

>>We’ll be pulling out several of the animals to get them some good exercise and enrichment. Activities could include tortoise races, lizard crawls, animal baths, spreading leaves into the enclosures and more! This will be a fun day of hands on learning.

Great for ages 6-13 years

COST:
Classes are $25/session/child.
