Hello everyone. As many of you know, we are taking a larger role with Unsheltered Utah to provide meals during their code blue events. To help us be better prepared for these events, we will be doing some meal preparation during our monthly outreaches.
We are also shifting from Grilled Cheese Sandwiches to Burritos so please do not bring bread and cheese like we have done in the past.
Below is a list of items we are asking volunteers to bring. No one expects you to bring all of these things.  This is simply a list of items we need, so please choose whatever you feel like contributing.   As always, donations are only a suggestion and never a requirement for participation. YOU ARE ALWAYS ENOUGH.

Ziti and Lasagna noodles
Shredded cheese
9 X 13 disposable casserole dishes (we need lots of these)
Ricotta and/or cottage cheese

Things have a tendency to change so please check the event page the night before the outreach for and updates. When you arrive, please go to the door by the flagpoles. If I’m not at the lobby waiting for you, there should be a security guard there who can show you where to go.
