Join me for a relaxed morning of sampling sourdough & fresh preserves, as we learn how to make classic sourdough at home in a Dutch oven or loaf pan.

This is a 3 hour, hands on class, that will take you step by step through the sourdough process & learn how to properly care for a starter. All supplies included.

This sourdough 101 is a beginner level class with no experience needed.

Class includes :
Basic bread making supplies
8 page instruction packet w/ recipe
Mature sourdough starter
3 hrs. hands on instruction
Sample a variety of sourdough
2 loaves to bake at home
