Maximum runs per day: 180 runs + up to 10% overfill Maximum Runs per Day per Handler: Handlers may register for a maximum of 14 runs per day. This allows more competitors the chance to participate in the event. Registrations submitted over the run cap will be excluded from the random draw and placed at the end of the wait list. Cancellation/Refund Policy: For cancellation of entries on or before 12:00AM CST on August 12th, 2026 – Full refund minus a 5% processing fee. For cancellation of entries after 12:00AM CST on August 12th, 2026 – Full refund minus a 10% processing fee if the host fills your runs. No refund will be issued if the host doesn’t fill your runs. Outside The Box Dog Training reserves the right to not fill last minute run cancellations, including Day of Show cancellations/changes. All cancellations must be emailed to outsidetheboxdogtraining@gmail.com. Throw N Go Bracket Teams entered in Throw N Go Level 2 will be randomly seeded into a bracket style challenge that gives competitors the chance to predict the scoring outcome for Throw N Go Level 2 on Saturday. Each team's Throw N Go score is used to determine the winner in all head-to-head brackets. Throw N Go tie breakers are used to determine the winner of a bracket in the event both teams scored the same number of points. Note: Teams do not actually compete against each other. Personal Best Trophy Challenge: The team earning the most personal bests for the day will be awarded a special themed award trophy. A personal best is defined as beating a previous recorded score. Game debuts are not considered a personal best for the trophy challenge or brag tags. Double Digit Disc Dogs Award Dogs over the age of 10 years will receive a personalized commemorative award for playing in the event.
