Restorative Yoga w/Assists

Step into a deeply nourishing co-lead meditative restorative yoga class, enhanced with optional gentle hands-on assists. Designed to support your body and calm your mind, each pose invites you to fully surrender and soften into stillness. Allow yourself to be held—by props, by breath, and by presence—as you unwind layers of tension and return to a natural state of rest.

Class concludes with a sound-infused savasana, offering soothing vibrations to help you completely release and settle into supportive rest.
