Heart Centered Yoga Practice

Feel the love in this all levels class that brings postures and movement together to focus on the heart. In this class students can expect to: engage in postures that open up the chest and heart center; move through gentle flow sequences that encourage blood flow; and end their practice with a focus on loving kindness through a brief meditation.
