All children must be accompanied by an adult. All participants should complete the registration form online. WHEN: Wednesday, August 19th, from 6-10 PM. Timeline: - 6 PM: Gates open - 6–7:45 PM: Food, soft drinks, lawn games and live music by Now, That’s 90’s! on Balise Field - 7:45 PM: Outdoor area concludes - 8–10 PM: Movie begins promptly at 8 PM and will end at 10 PM inside the Sullivan Family Gymnasium Parking & Shuttle: - Parking at the West Springfield Boys & Girls Club is limited, and will be on a first-come-first-served basis - Additional parking will be available at Curran Jones Funeral Home and West Springfield Town Hall - A shuttle from Town Hall will run from 5:30 to 10:30 PM, generously provided by King Gray Coach Lines Important reminders: - Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the duration of the event. - Guests will enter through the gate on the left side of the West Springfield Boys & Girls Club and exit through the gymnasium. - The movie is bring-your-own seating! Picnic blankets recommended. Please be mindful of our gym floors! - No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the gymnasium. Water bottles are okay. Popcorn will be provided for the movie. - Alcohol is not permitted at the event. - This event is rain-or-shine!
