Mid–Pre-Cleanse Check-In & Support Session
April 20 – April 23 | 4-Day Kitchari Cleanse
The core cleansing phase using nourishing, grounding kitchari to support detoxification without depletion. Daily practices focus on rest, digestion, and integration.
April 23 | 6:30 PM (Zoom – Optional)
Final Day Check-In
An opportunity to reflect, ask questions, and receive guidance for transitioning out of the cleanse.
