Join us for a two-week strength training workshop designed especially for older adults, led by our amazing volunteer, Sue.

Week 1 – March 19
✔️ Introduction to five basic weight training machines
✔️ How to use them safely and comfortably
✔️ Why strength training is so important for balance, bone health, and everyday activities

Week 2 – March 26
✔️ Simple at-home strength exercises
✔️ Movements you can do without special equipment
✔️ Ways to continue building strength between gym visits

This workshop is perfect if you’re new to strength training, want a refresher, or are looking to feel stronger and more confident.
