In celebration with the West Sacramento Fire Department and the West Sacramento Firefighter’s Association, Mayor Pro Tem Verna Sulpizio Hull is excited to host a family-friendly holiday gathering to celebrate one of our city’s most beloved traditions — the Annual West Sacramento Santa Run!
A long-standing West Sacramento tradition, the Santa Run is a magical experience you won’t want to miss. With the help of many off-duty firefighter “elves,” Santa will ride through neighborhoods on an elaborately decorated fire-truck “sleigh,” sharing holiday cheer and handing out candy canes generously provided by the West Sacramento Firefighter’s Association.
Santa’s helpers will also be following along in a pickup truck to collect canned food donations for neighbors in need this holiday season.
While the Santa Run visits many areas of our city, it may not pass through every neighborhood — so we’re bringing the celebration to you! Join us at Emile’s on Friday, December 12, for an evening full of festive fun.
