interspersed with Toasts to honor the Heroes and Heroines of the American Revolution, along with the Men and Women who have and are serving our Country in recognition of The United States sesquicentennial (or America 250) the 250th  anniversary of the signing of The Declaration of Independence.

1st Johnny Cakes with homemade Butter, 2nd Local Cheese & Fruit Plate w/a preserved Jam, 3rd Root Salad,  4th Bacon Wrapped Short Rib, 5th Beef Stew, 6th Choice of Pork or Chicken, w/cornmeal mush, & root vegetables, 7th Colonial Apple Pie
