This deeply restorative session weaves crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, chimes, wave drum, frame drum, and mantra/humming practices into a soundscape that supports profound relaxation and energetic reset.

Each month features a unique theme that reflects the season and the collective energy of our community. You’ll begin by settling into supportive props, moving through gentle breath and a brief guided meditation, and then resting as waves of vibration wash through you. The sound does the work—your body simply receives.

Benefits may include:

This experience is suitable for all levels of mobility and no prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow/bolster, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and held in rest. Of course, we have lots of blankets and bolsters you can use too!
