We're looking for a young performer who can capture her quiet strength. (7-12) • Miss Agatha Trunchbull: The "big boss" of the school. This is a hilarious, over-the-top role for someone who loves being the "villain" and having a commanding presence. (Can be played by any gender) 18+ • Miss Honey: The kindest teacher you’ll ever meet. She’s gentle, patient, and becomes Matilda’s biggest ally. (18+) The Wormwood Family • Mr. Wormwood: A loud, colorful used-car salesman. Perfect for someone with great comedic timing who likes to be a bit of a "show-off." (18+) • Mrs. Wormwood: She’s obsessed with ballroom dancing and big hair! This is a high-energy role for someone who loves to perform and be the center of attention. (18+) • Michael Wormwood: Matilda’s brother. He doesn’t say much, but his funny reactions say everything! (13-16) The Kids (The "Revolting" Crew) • Bruce, Lavender, & Friends: These are the heart of the show! We need a group of kids with big imaginations and lots of energy to play Matilda's classmates. If you like to jump, move, and be part of a team, this is for you. (12-16) The Townspeople & Storytellers • Mrs. Phelps: The friendly librarian who hangs on every word of Matilda’s stories. (18+) • The Acrobat & The Escapologist: Characters from a magical story come to life!(18+) • The Ensemble: This is where the magic happens.
