Workshop: Torn & Textured

Torn & Textured is a guided mixed-media workshop focused on physical making—tearing paper, layering materials, and building texture through intuitive composition. This session embraces imperfection and process, using constraint and repetition to quiet overthinking while still producing a finished piece.

This workshop offers more structure and direction while leaving room for personal interpretation. You’ll work with papers, adhesives, and mark-making tools to create depth, contrast, and rhythm—no drawing skill required.

Expect a hands-on, slightly messy, deeply satisfying creative session.

Instrumental, studio-style music plays throughout the workshop to keep energy moving while you work.

All materials provided. Expect paper, texture elements, adhesives, and tools. Aprons recommended.
