Combining yoga and pilates principles, Flow invites the body to explore the deeper worlds within us. Using strong beats and breath currents, this experience is designed as a reset.Carve is a strength building experience for the mind. Using a barre-based foundation, Carve not only builds muscular strength, but molds new neuropathways in the brain by reminding your spirit what you’re capable of. Carve is designed to be an energetic release.As someone who suffers from chronic physical and mental illness, I designed this method to be adaptable to everyone, especially those with mobility restrictions. Each class type offers and encourages modifications and variations for all bodies and experience levels.
