Seeking to gather material for his next book, Charles Condomine, a novelist, hosts a dinner-party-turned-séance. He soon finds himself haunted, quite literally, by the ghost of his late first wife, Elvira. Filled with comedic chaos, “Blithe Spirit” is a delightful, hilarious tale.
