A Night at The Ben with Palm Beach Food & Wine

This elegant walk-around tasting, themed around a winter wonderland, the event showcases the talents of host chef Daniel Pundik, joined by a roster of guest celebrity chefs including Karen Akunowicz, Timon Balloo, Maneet Chauhan, Ben Ford, James London, Giorgio Rapicavoli and Matt Vawter. Guests will enjoy chef-crafted tasting stations, expertly paired wines and champagnes, and inventive cocktails, all under open skies in a stylish outdoor setting. The event is designed for relaxed mingling in smart-casual attire, with signature bites that evolve with the season.
