Led by Kerri LeBlanc, an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor, this circuit-style class will challenge and energize you with a mix of strength and conditioning exercises using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements.
Designed for all fitness levels, this is a great way to move your body, build strength, and enjoy a unique setting outside the gym.
