Sometimes, it’s not what we’re carrying physically that weighs us down… it’s the thoughts, worries, disappointments, guilt, fear and expectations we’ve been holding onto for far too long.  

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply know it’s time for a fresh start, this workshop run by Tracy is for you.  

Together we’ll create a calm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect and begin letting go of what no longer serves you.  

✨ During the afternoon we’ll explore:  

🌿 Guided meditation and relaxation   

🖊️ Journaling and self-reflection  

💛 Understanding what’s keeping you feeling stuck  

🍃 A symbolic letting-go exercise  

✨ Techniques to use in every day life   

This isn’t about reliving the past or sharing personal details unless you want to. It’s simply an opportunity to take a breath, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter & calmer.  

No experience is needed—just bring yourself, a notebook if you’d like one, and an open mind.
