Join me, an accredited Mindfulness Teacher, Yoga Teacher and Forest Bathing Guide, for a gentle outdoor session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy the tranquility of the garden before it opens to the public.

You will be invited to immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and beauty of the 7acre garden, helping to reduce stress, improve wellbeing and cultivate a sense of calm.

An opportunity to connect with nature through mindful moment (gentle yoga), breath-work, simple meditation and relaxation techniques suitable to use in daily life.

In case of changeable weather we will have the Garden Room as a retreat.  

£28.00 - Annual members. Mindfulness Class, including full day admission to garden, cafe and nursery.
£38.50 - Non-members. Mindfulness Class, plus £10.50 day admission to garden, cafe and nursery. Upgrade to annual member optional on day.
