Coming Home to Self is a reflective workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. 

Through guided introspection, self-awareness exercises, discussion, and emotional release work, this experience invites you to gently explore the areas of your life where you may be not be fully meeting your needs.  

This workshop is not about becoming somebody different. It is about discovering who you truly are beneath the conditioning.  

Together we will explore: 
Where you may be abandoning yourself Limiting beliefs and behaviours   Emotional patterns and habits 
What inspires you vs what drains you Areas of your life that no longer align What you are ready to release 
Ways to consciously bring in change  

You will leave with: 
Greater self-awareness 
Clarity around patterns and behaviours Emotional insight and reflection Practical tools for change 
A deeper connection to yourself 
A personalised plan for moving forward
