BREATHWAVES – A Breath & Sound Journey
I’m delighted to be co-hosting Breathwaves with Amanda Davis, an Integrative Health & Breathwork Practitioner.
Why breathwork and sound together?
Because when breath opens the body, sound can reach deeper.
Breath regulates the nervous system, softens tension and brings you into a receptive state.
Sound then works through vibration — helping to calm the mind, release emotional holding, and bring the body into coherence.
The two practices amplify each other, creating a therapeutic experience that supports both body and mind.
In each session:

• Calms the stress response
• Increases oxygenation
• Helps release physical and emotional holding
• Brings clarity and spaciousness
🎶 Sound – Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and more
• Supports deep relaxation
• Balances the energy centres
• Encourages emotional processing
• Helps the body settle into restorative states
Together, they create a grounded, accessible pathway back to your centre.
