I’m honoured to be co-hosting Breathwaves with Amanda Davis, an incredible Integrative Health & Breathwork Practitioner.

🎶 Through Sound & Crystal Bowls, we journey through Earth, Heart and Soul Star chakras – grounding, opening, expanding.

The Ocean Drum stirs the sacral waters – emotion, creativity, divine flow – reminding us we are both drop and ocean, movement and stillness, breath and being.
