This workshop is made up of two halves, designed to gently shift your energy and reconnect you with your natural sense of lightness and ease.
In the first half, we’ll explore the breath — how something so simple and ever-present can be used intentionally to calm the nervous system, release held tension, and create energetic shifts within the body.
You’ll be guided through conscious breathing practices that support emotional release, grounding, and clarity.
In the second half, we’ll move into the beautifully accessible energy of joy and laughter.
Through playful, uplifting practices, you’ll experience how laughter can release stagnation, raise vibration, and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.
Expect to feel lighter, freer, and more connected — to yourself and to others.
No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are, breathe, and allow yourself to receive.
