On the morning of 31st May 2026, we meet in the build-up to a Blue Moon, the second Full Moon in one calendar month.

While the name sounds mystical, it’s simply a timing phenomenon that happens every few years because the lunar cycle (29.5 days) doesn’t perfectly match our calendar. Two full moons fall in May this year, making this one the “Blue Moon”.

Full Moons have long been used as natural pause points, a moment to reflect on what’s working, what feels complete, and what needs adjusting. Whether or not you connect to lunar symbolism, gathering at this point in the month offers something practical: structured time to check in with yourself.

And most of us don’t do that often enough.


~ Why this time of the month can be powerful ~

Many people notice increased energy, heightened emotions, or disrupted sleep around the Full Moon. Rather than being swept along by that intensity, this ceremony offers tools to:

• Soothe the nervous system
• Release physical tension and mental overload
• Improve breath capacity and posture
• Increase clarity and focus
• Feel more emotionally steady and connected

This is less about astrology, and more about creating a supportive container at a naturally heightened point in the month.


~ The Morning ~

Ceremonial Cacao &amp; Rose:

Cacao contains theobromine, which gently increases blood flow and can create a sense of warmth and alert calm (without the spike of coffee).
Rose is traditionally used to support emotional balance.
Together they create a steady, grounded sense of openness, that feels supportive.

Forrest Yoga: 

Expect strong but accessible breath-led movement. Forrest Yoga focuses on core strength, deep breathing, and releasing stored tension - particularly in the hips, neck and shoulders. It’s an excellent, beginner friendly practice for stress relief and building resilience in both body and mind.

Medicine Songs &amp; Sound Healing:

Simple, repetitive music and vibration help shift the body into parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) mode. Sound can reduce mental chatter, lower stress levels, and help integrate the physical work of the practice.

We will finish with sharing and snacks.

Give yourself a few intentional hours to move, breathe, reset, and leave feeling clearer and steadier than when you arrived.

Come as you are. No experience needed.
Leave grounded, warm, and reconnected.
