Join the Jennings Lodge CPO for our 2nd Annual Bird Walk at Stringfield Park!

We’ll meet in the parking lot near the restrooms before heading out to explore the park and a stretch of the Trolley Trail. Whether you're a seasoned birder or just curious, this is a fun and relaxed way to connect with nature right in our community.

What to expect:
- A quick “Binoculars 101” from 8:00–8:05 AM
(Even experienced participants learned something new last year!)
- A guided walk through the park and along the trail
- The chance to spot and hear a variety of local birds

Last year, we observed 20+ species, including:
- Red-winged blackbirds (you’ll definitely learn their call!)
- Green herons near Stringfield
- Great blue herons in Jennings Lodge
- And yes—ospreys are back and nesting now!

Bring binoculars if you have them.
