This spring, join us for a retreat that blends energising movement, sound, creativity, and a little chaotic magic that only happens when Kalina and I get together. 

I’ve been described as zen and mischief in equal measures,  so expect calm and playful energy in equal parts! 

Kalina (aka sea glass whisperer, creative genius,  all-round joy bringer and official mischief accomplice) will take you on a Sea Glass Jewellery Workshop, turning beach treasures into something beautiful and where laughter is pretty much guaranteed. 

Our friendship is the secret ingredient: part grounded, part goofy, all heart and it spills over into everything we do on this retreat. 

The day unfolds like this: 

Meet & Greet: a warm welcome and chance to settle in 

Pranayama & Sound Meditation – gentle breathwork to open and calm the mind 

Energising Yoga Flow: awaken your body and embrace the season’s energy 

Free Time: enjoy the beach or lunch at your leisure or you'll perhaps be lucky enough to find some seaglass. 

Sea Glass Jewellery Workshop with Kalina creative fun, lots of laughter and something special to take home. 

Yin Yoga & Somatic Movement: slow, mindful movement to release tension and reconnect with your body 

Yoga Nidra Sound Journey: deep rest and inner calm 

Immersive Sound Bath: soak in restorative vibrations and let your nervous system melt into bliss 

Closing Circle + Optional Beach Meditation,  weather permitting, finish the day with reflection, connection, and a final touch of sea air magic 

Come for the yoga. Stay for the sound. Fall a little bit in love with sea glass.
