- **Event Description**: Join us on a Reiki Level 1 training with deep roots and mindfulness and movements practices included to support your body in mind in integrating to the Reiki Energy.   Traditional style Reiki meaning that there will be three days of training at each level, four attunements at each level, supervised receiving and giving Reiki treatments at each level.  There will also be integration practises to support you in settling into the boost and energy.  There will also be yoga movement and mindfulness practises to support us in connecting.  Because often, our biggest obstacle in integrating to the new attunment is our thinking mind and where our own emotions and stories lead.  Thursday 19th Movement Practice then Theory 6:30-8:30PM   Wake up the energy, ground in, and pause with your body and breath, supporting yourself in grounding your energetic body back in the physical body. This practice supports with smoother integration to the Reiki Attunements.  Friday 20th Training begins!4:45PM-8:45PM  Mindfulness and theory. History, linage, Practices for Peace and Clarity. Attunements. Hands on Practice under supervision. Practices for (protection adjacent) awareness?  Saturday the 21st 12:00pm-5:00pm Reiki Nidra. Hands on Practice under supervision.
