It’s almost that time again!

A week and a half away!

Myleigh and Makayla and our family will be out selling their famous lemonade and cake pops every Saturday in June except for June 20th from 11 AM to 2 PM, in honor of their sister Makenzie, who passed away in July 2020 while waiting for a heart and kidney transplant. She waited over 300 days at Primary Children's Hospital, and a donor never came in time. Our hearts will forever be broken, but this is a way of giving back in honor of Kenzie. 

This year, we’re excited to also have cotton candy, thanks to the generosity of Sharon Mellor Newbold  who is donating her time and services on June 6th. 

All proceeds and donations will go to DonorConnect  to support organ donation awareness—a cause Kenzie was deeply passionate about - and the Children and the Earth foundation  that supports children with medical needs and last wishes. They gave us so many memories with Kenzie, and we are so grateful for them. We'll be delivering the checks on Kenzie’s Angel Day in July.

We’d love to make this year even bigger than last year, so please share this and come out in June to support some amazing kids honoring their sister’s legacy and truly making a difference.

Kenzie was a fierce advocate for organ donation, and I know she would be so proud of her siblings for continuing what she started.
