Join us for this free community workshop led by Jennette Stone, LCSW, PMH-C, CYP 500, RYT 200, a licensed clinical social worker and trauma-informed yoga teacher.

During this special introductory session, you'll experience a gentle, accessible yoga practice while learning some of the principles that make trauma-informed yoga unique. Rather than focusing on achieving poses, trauma-informed yoga emphasizes choice, body awareness, nervous system regulation, and creating a sense of safety and connection within yourself.

This workshop is designed for anyone who experiences stress, anxiety, overwhelm, grief, life transitions, or simply wants to explore a more compassionate approach to movement. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

You can expect:
• A brief introduction to trauma-informed yoga
• Gentle movement and grounding practices
• Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
• Opportunities to explore choice and self-awareness
• Time for questions and discussion

This is not therapy, nor do you need to have experienced significant trauma to benefit from the practice. Trauma-informed yoga offers tools that can support greater ease, resilience, and connection in everyday life.

All levels are welcome. Every body belongs.

About Jennette Stone:Jennette Stone is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C), Certified Yoga Practitioner (CYP 500), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She specializes in trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, maternal mental health, infertility, couples therapy, and life transitions. Her teaching style is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible and that every person deserves a space where they can feel supported, empowered, and fully themselves.
