Chris Redd - Wiseguys

Chris Redd’s first one-hour special, “Why Am I Like This?,” was released in October 2022 and is streaming now on MAX. Redd currently hosts Netflix’s automotive makeover series “Resurrected Rides.” He appeared in Amazon Prime Video and MGM Studios’ hit holiday feature “Candy Cane Lane,” starring opposite Eddie Murphy and Tracee Ellis Ross.

Redd is the co-creator, writer, and star of Peacock’s scripted comedy series “Bust Down,” which premiered in March 2022. He was a repertory player on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” for 5 seasons. He received the Emmy Award in 2018 for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for the SNL song “Come Back, Barack.”

He appeared in the 2016 film “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping,” Netflix’s “Disjointed,” “Wet Hot American Summer,” and “Love;” NBC’s “Will & Grace;” TV Land’s “Teachers;” and Comedy Central’s “Detroiters” and “Comedy Central Stand-Up Presents.” He will next star in Amazon MGM Studios‘ highly anticipated rom-com, “Merv,” alongside Zooey Deschanel and Charlie Cox. Additionally, Redd lends his vocal talents to Ramy Youssef’s upcoming Amazon animated series, “#1 Happy Family USA.”
