Refill & Relate: An Authentic Mom Meetup

Join us monthly! This is a free support group for moms of elementary-aged (give or take) children. The inspiration for this group is to find authentic connection. We all deserve a safe space to strip away the "everything is fine" facade. I've often felt alone and confused in motherhood. My hope is to create a safe space for those who are looking to rediscover themselves through conversations and community.

We don't have to feel alone on our journey. This is a space without any expectations where you can truly come as you are. We'll discuss everything from managing stress and finding self-worth to the real joys and struggles of parenting. Come as you are to refill your cup with real conversations and community support. We're in this together.
