Based on rediscovered transcripts from an unused 1974 interview by nonfiction writer Linda Rosenkrantz (played by Rebecca Hall), in which she asked Hujar (Ben Whishaw) to narrate the events of the previous day in minute detail, Sachs’s film is a mesmerizing time warp, an illustration of the life of the creative mind, the quotidian and the imaginative at once, fully and lovingly inhabited by its two brilliant actors. With this engrossing and wholly unexpected film, Sachs shuttles us back to a specific moment in New York queer cultural history and a still-influential art scene that lives on in words as much as images. Please note this is a signing only. Your ticket includes one copy of Peter Hujar's Day to be handed out at check-in. - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/west-hollywood/linda-rosenkrantz-signs-peter-hujars-day/100001965613338408 - **Event Categories**: art, entertainment, theatre, literary-art - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Duration: 2 hours - Location: Book Soup - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 21.98, max: 21.98, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: West Hollywood - **state**: CA - **country**: United States - **location**: Book Soup - **lat**: 34.090495 - **long**: -118.383669 - **full address**: Book Soup, 8818 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Linda Rosenkrantz signs Peter Hujar's Day - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events6/banners/0bfe5a83782a53270495877a5aec120e888a27eddbfaea7d2fb14893d85256f8-rimg-w1200-h600-dcffffff-gmir.jpg?v=1763832306 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Linda Rosenkrantz signs Peter Hujar's Day being held? - **A:** Linda Rosenkrantz signs Peter Hujar's Day takes place on Sat, 15 Nov, 2025 at 02:00 pm to Sat, 15 Nov, 2025 at 04:00 pm at Book Soup, 8818 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing Linda Rosenkrantz signs Peter Hujar's Day? - **A:** Linda Rosenkrantz signs Peter Hujar's Day is organized by Book Soup. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
