Join us for a FREE family-friendly community event filled with fun, music, and Easter excitement!

� Event Highlights:

• Easter Egg Hunts (Bring your baskets!)

• Easter Bunny Photo Opportunities

• LIVE DJ featuring Relly Mac on the mic

• Community Vendors

• Fun for the entire family

• � The first 100 children will receive a bag of candy!

� Egg Hunt Schedule:

• Ages 5–11: 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM

• Ages 12–16: 4:05 PM – 4:50 PM

• Parents with children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult during the hunt

� Check-In Times:

• Guest check-in begins at 2:30 PM

• Vendor check-in begins at 1:30 PM (1 hour setup time)

� Parking:

Guest parking is available all around the West Haven Green.

Vendors may park and unload on the Church Street side of the Green.

• $40 Flat Vendor Fee

• Must provide your own table (1 table, 8 ft max)

• Additional table: $15 (due to limited space)

• Assistants welcome at no extra cost

• No food vendors needed at this time

� Tent Policy:

• Small tents only

• Must have at least 15 lb weights on each leg

• If winds exceed 15 mph, tents must be taken down for safety

� Vendor Registration Steps:

    1.    Text 475-449-2064 FIRST to confirm vendor space availability.

    2.    Send your social media handles and/or a brief description of the products you sell for review (to avoid duplicate product categories).

    3.    Once approved, submit your $40 vendor fee using the payment link below.
