PARKING: On Yallambee Ave, Bunnings or Gosford RSL.

MEETING SPOT: Beginning of walking track opposite rear carpark of Gosford RSL Club, Yallambee Ave, West Gosford. Or park in Bunnings Carpark and the track is just down the footpath to the right. Please ensure you are here before start time, as we leave on time.

ALTERNATE MEETING SPOT FOR SHORTER WALK: Fagans Park, near toilet block. Jirrah Rd Point Clare

DIFFICULTY: Easy, flat walk. Cement path the whole way. One bridge.

DISTANCE: 3.4km return trip.

PACE: Moderate

ACCESSIBILITY: Pram/Wheelchair friendly. Great for families.

WALK INFO: We walk along the foreshore following the path all the way. Path is wide and most of the way has wide grassed verges, so perfect for giving your dog some space if needed. Beautiful views of Brisbane Waters along the way. We walk for about 25mins then have a rest stop, where the dogs have been known to paddle there paws (all on leash of course). Then we return the same way. There are a couple of benches along the way if needed.

Please be aware that when we walk past Fagans Park there is an off leash dog park there that comes almost to the path. We have never had any issues with this as the dogs are chasing balls & paying attention to their owners. 


FACILITIES: There are toilets along the way, bins and benches as well as a kids playground. Coffee van at Bunnings.

All dogs are welcome to be barky, yappy, growly, happy, calm etc.

All dogs must be on leash - please no retractables.

Treats are fine for your own dog but we ask that you don't feed other members dogs due to medical and aggression issues with some dogs.

Please remember to:
Ask - before you meet a new dog.
Act - If the answer is no please move away & give the dog some space.
If the answer is yes. 3 second rule is a good way to start
Achieve - a safe & fun walk.
