Join yoga teachers and Reiki practitioners, Kathy Girard and Karla Lund, as they hold a space of gratitude for you at Inspire Health & Wellness Spa! This is a 2-hour practice that will include hands-on Reiki. We recommend shorts and short sleeves/tank tops as the studio is heated. We can provide towels. Bring a water bottle to sip on.
