Not Just Bach, Not Just Brews!

Join us for a fun evening of music, drinks, and holiday cheer with the Buffalo Chamber Players.

Bach & Brews concerts are inspired by gatherings organized by Johann Sebastian Bach at Café Zimmermann, a bustling cultural establishment in 18th century Leipzig where Bach premiered many of his works.

The evening features works by Bach and other composers celebrating the winter spirit. A sing-along is inevitable and ugly Christmas sweaters are strongly encouraged!

As Buffalo’s preeminent chamber music ensemble, the Buffalo Chamber Players presents innovative music programs performed by our region’s finest musicians. The ensemble’s mission is to challenge, redefine and enhance the public’s perception of chamber music while promoting our region as an inspiring place to live, work, and play.

Formed in 2007 by Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra violist Janz Castelo de Armas, the group is comprised of members of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and other distinguished area musicians. The group’s critically acclaimed concerts explore both historical chamber music masterworks and contemporary works by living composers.
